Honestly, one of the best things about city living is the abundance of answers for the “what should we do today” question that pops up most Sundays.
A few weeks back, the Mister and I returned to the Barnes Foundation. We find ourselves there a lot, mostly because it’s easier to tackle one room at a time. This time around was a treat—the Modigliani exhibit was nearing the end of its run, and we made it to the second floor of the regular exhibits.
One of the super silly things I do at musuems (much to the chagrin of the Mister) is provide a running contemporary commentary on what the painting or sculptures are actually thinking.

Better yet, clearly this toddler is seeing something quite interesting on YouTube.
The Barnes is a treasure, with Easter eggs abound. Visit the next time you’re in Philly.
