Spring is here and so are the butterflies and moths! This adorable drawstring pouch features hand-embroidered butterflies (or moths) cut from sweet feedsacks, and they're the perfect pouch for small things!
Approximately 9.5" x 9.5", the pouches are fully lined and have a double drawstring to close up nicely.
Each pouch has a butterfly panel on each side; they sortakinda go together. ☺️

Purpose in Repurposing
Everything I make at m.a.b.e.l takes time. I find and like to work with pre-1950s quilts because of their natural fibers and their designs that are so old they’re modern again. I work slowly to appreciate all the handwork and decisions that once created them. Every quilt is beautifully unique, and I love making it shine.
