Christmas Stockings
Vintage quilt Christmas Stockings! Perfect for home decor or to stuff full of goodies for the littles in your life!
Each stocking is 16.5" long (top to toe) and 7" wide, and point either right or left. They are lined in muslin and are washable and have a sturdy ribbon hang tag.
The Red Basket and 3 left facing and 2 right facing Green Drunkard's Path stockings have a white damask back. The Red Flowers, Teal Irish Chain, 2 right facing Green Drunkard's Path and Green Circles have a red ticking back.
Please note that the stocking pictured may not be the exact stocking you receive. They are all cut from the same quilts, but from different areas on the quilt. All have a great representation of their quilt pattern and colors

Purpose in Repurposing
Everything I make at m.a.b.e.l takes time. I find and like to work with pre-1950s quilts because of their natural fibers and their designs that are so old they’re modern again. I work slowly to appreciate all the handwork and decisions that once created them. Every quilt is beautifully unique, and I love making it shine.
